Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a Assistant Property Manager to join their team. As a Assistant Property Manager, you will be part of the Property Management Department supporting the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Pay Range: $24

What's the Job?

  • Perform administrative functions supporting the Property Management Team, including responding to tenant requests and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide full administrative support such as phone support, report typing, filing, and distributing correspondence.
  • Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts, insurance information, and report generation.
  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain property maintenance work orders, lease and contract files, and other documentation within the office system.

What's Needed?

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to give and receive direction professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a proactive approach.
