Our client, a leading manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting the order processing and customer relations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Brookfield, WI

Pay Range: $20 - $24

Shift: 08:00am - 05:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Enter and coordinate special, standard, and modified customer sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Handle approximately 40–50 customer calls daily, providing product availability, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and order discrepancies professionally.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as updating quotes, scanning delivery notes, and preparing reports.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of experience in a customer-focused or administrative role, preferably within manufacturing or order processing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with SAP software is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
