Customer Experience Representative – Monthly Bonus Opportunity!

Pay Rate: $19/hr + $2/hr shift differential after 9:00 PM
Bonus Pay: $300-500 monthly bonus potential
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-1:00 AM
Assignment Length: Permanent, Full-Time (Year-Round)

We're currently hiring 1-2 Customer Experience Representatives for an onsite, customer-facing role with a highly reputable client in Portland. Typical daily duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining rental terms, products, features, and services
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle customer inquiries accurately and efficiently

What we're looking for:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a professional, customer-focused attitude
• Valid U.S. driver's license and High School Diploma or equivalent
