Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Logistics) to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative (Logistics), you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Logistics)
Location: Milwaukee (Southeast side)
Pay Range: $21-$22
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Assist customers with orders and make any necessary changes to ensure satisfaction
- Verify deliveries against anticipated schedules for accuracy
- Utilize and understand the inventory management system called WORCS
- Resolve customer challenges by implementing appropriate changes
- Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate unresolved issues
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong math skills and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be a dependable team player
