CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Our client, Logistics & Transportation Operations is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting dispatch and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the confidence to resolve issues professionally which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday thru Saturday 10:30 am to 7:00pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes and support dispatch needs
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps; process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
