Our client, a leading transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department supporting the Shipping, Receiving, and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Avondale, AZ
Pay Range: $19.50/hour

What’s the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute orders for processing.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions.
• Pick, gather, move, distribute, and prepare items for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What’s Needed?

• Warehouse or dock experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.
