Our client, a warehousing and logistics organization, is seeking an Equipment Operator to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that help you move materials safely and efficiently.
Job Title: Equipment Operator
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Range: 19.00
Shift: Second Shift
What's the Job?
- Operate and drive equipment such as trucks and forklifts to support warehousing activities
- Handle materials during receiving, storage, and movement to ensure accurate flow of goods
- Perform material handling tasks that support efficient transport and organization of inventory
- Support safe, reliable equipment operation to help maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Follow established procedures and use attention to detail to reduce errors during material movement
What's Needed?
- Verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to handle materials accurately
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints (when required for equipment or operational tasks)
- If required, ability to obtain necessary equipment operation certification or licenses (forklift operators license may be required; commercial driving license may be required)
