Location: Greater Ashland/Catlettsburg, KY Area
Employment Type: Temporary Contract | Two One-Day Assignments at the Same Location
Pay Range: $11.00/Hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: 8/25/26 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM & 9/17/26 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and guests.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic computer and office software proficiency.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience.
• Experience working in a professional office environment.
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
