1st Shift Warehouse Associate / Facility Cleaner

$20.00 per Hour | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Cleaner to join a fast-paced distribution operation. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, sanitation, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience who take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, experience operating a stand-up pallet jack, and a strong work ethic. This role combines traditional warehouse duties with facility cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities to support daily operations.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Full-time opportunity
• Weekly pay

What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and order movement
• Load and unload product using manual material handling equipment
• Safely operate a stand-up electric pallet jack
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
• Ensure products are properly labeled and staged

Cleaning & Facility Maintenance Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout warehouse and work areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize warehouse spaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
• Clean breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Ensure aisles, walkways, and workstations remain organized and free of debris
• Support warehouse housekeeping initiatives and safety standards
• Assist with general facility upkeep as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/distribution experience
• Previous Stand-Up Pallet Jack experience required
• Experience using RF scanners required
• General cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or sanitation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
