General Operator

Our client, in York NE, a leading agricultural manufacturing and seed production company, is seeking a General Labor Operator to join their team. As a General Labor Operator, you will be part of the Production & Operations Department supporting the Conditioning, Packaging, Warehouse, and Shipping Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, reliability, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor Operator
Location: York, NE
Pay Range: 20.00/hr (1.00/hr shift differential for eligible shifts)

What's the Job?

• Operate and support seed conditioning, packaging, warehouse, and production processes.
• Receive, inspect, process, and move seed inventory while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Perform packaging, labeling, palletizing, staging, and shipping activities.
• Assist with forklift operations, warehouse organization, and inventory tracking.
• Support facility cleaning, maintenance, 5S activities, and overall plant upkeep.

What's Needed?

• Fluent English communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs. and stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, overtime, weekends, and 12-hour shifts as required.
• Reliable transportation and exceptional attendance record.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings and resume review process.
