Lead, Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead, Warehouse Associate

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range: $20 - $21

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity
• Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards
• Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation
• Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Assist in resolving operational issues to maximize team efficiency and performance

What's Needed?

• At least 4 years of warehouse experience
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Asignar tareas y supervisar las actividades del grupo para garantizar la productividad
• Instruir a los asociados en el uso correcto del equipo, procedimientos operativos y normas de seguridad
• Supervisar la gestión de inventarios, incluyendo monitoreo de niveles y conciliación de mercancías
• Asegurar que el equipo cumpla con los procedimientos de seguridad y mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro
• Ayudar a resolver problemas operativos para maximizar la eficiencia y el rendimiento del equipo

¿Qué se necesita?

• Al menos 4 años de experiencia en almacenes
• Experiencia en un rol de supervisión o liderazgo
• Proficiencia en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos, incluyendo días, noches y fines de semana
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
