Our client, a leading organization in the Anaheim, CA area, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Anaheim, CA

Pay Range: $23/hr

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Support administrative tasks and maintain organized records
  • Utilize company software to document customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Will travel to Ontario, CA location as business needs require (about ONCE A MONTH)

What's Needed?

  • Basic clerical skills and familiarity with office procedures
  • Customer service or office experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience required
  • MUST be able to commute to Ontario, CA location as business needs require (about ONCE A MONTH).
