Our client, a logistics and operations team supporting industrial production, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team in the Lehigh Valley area. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse and materials support function, helping keep daily workflows moving smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks with consistency.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Allentown, PA
Pay Range: $20.5
Shift: Day shift (7am - 3:30pm)
What's the Job?
- Move, stage, and transport materials to support production and warehouse operations
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to keep inventory and materials flowing
- Load and unload items efficiently while maintaining organization and accuracy
- Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines to reduce risk during daily tasks
- Support ongoing operational needs for an urgent staffing request, with potential for more assignments
What's Needed?
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Reliability and readiness to work Monday through Friday
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow established procedures
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where urgency may be required
- Basic readiness to learn and follow site-specific processes quickly
