Material Handler

Our client, a powder coating and manufacturing operations team, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift to join their team. As a Material Handler/Forklift, you will be part of the production support group supporting day-to-day material flow and helping keep work moving smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a strong safety mindset, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift

Location: In person — Littleton, CO 80127

Pay Range: $27.5

Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:30pm–9:30pm; Saturdays as needed

What's the Job?

• Move, stage, and transport powder coating materials and supplies to support production needs.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and reposition materials as required.
• Prepare items for processing by following established procedures and maintaining organized work areas.
• Inspect materials and equipment conditions and report issues to the appropriate team member.
• Support a clean, safe, and compliant environment by following all safety rules and site policies.

What's Needed?

• Forklift experience and the ability to operate safely in an industrial environment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting while staying focused on accuracy and safety.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks to standard.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including Saturdays as needed.
• Strong reliability and a commitment to showing up ready to work.
