Picker Packer

Our client, a distribution and logistics environment, is seeking a Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be part of the Inbound Team supporting receiving, unloading, and put-away operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, RF scanner experience, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Picker Packer

Location: St George, UT

Pay Range: $19.40/hr. Starting | $19.90/hr. After 90 Days

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Support inbound receiving by helping unload incoming freight and move it into the distribution workflow.
• Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and process inventory accurately according to work instructions.
• Perform put-away tasks to place inventory into the correct warehouse locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain quality control by verifying counts and ensuring items are handled and staged properly for the next step.
• Work safely in a fast-paced distribution center environment while meeting daily productivity expectations.

What's Needed?

• Experience in warehouse operations with a focus on receiving, inbound, or order picking/packing.
• Comfort using RF scanners and following scanning/accuracy procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and stay consistent with productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail to support inventory accuracy and quality control.
• Willingness to complete required background check and pre-employment drug screening.
