Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Picker Packer
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Range: $16.75-$17.75 depending on shift
Shift: Week Days 6am-6pm (Monday -Thursday) or Weekend days 6am-6pm (Friday-Sunday).
During Peak (3 weeks in November / December) must be able to work 6 days a week 6AM - 6PM
What's the Job?
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications
- Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
What's Needed?
- Prior experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
