Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and research industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring needs across various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and strong organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted sourcing and engagement.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data and reporting.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of full life cycle recruiting experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
