Our client, a leading aerospace and manufacturing company, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting inventory control, receiving, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: IA, West Des Moines
Pay Range: $23.00-$24.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

  • Prepare items for shipment by verifying part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities.
  • Package products according to company and customer specifications.
  • Load and unload trucks and receive incoming materials.
  • Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing inventory shipments.
  • Arrange transportation and ensure accurate documentation of materials and merchandise.

What's Needed?

  • Must qualify as a US Person.
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately verify inventory, quantities, and product information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to load, unload, and handle materials safely.
