Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility and next-generation transportation technology, is seeking a Tele Operations Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you'll support live remote operations for an innovative autonomous vehicle platform, helping ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently manage multiple systems while making sound decisions under pressure.
Job Title: Tele Operations Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Range: $27.00/hr + shift differentials for weekends and applicable shift hours
Shift: 8-hour shifts based on the following anchor schedules:
- 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM
What's the Job?
- Monitor live operations through secure remote systems and tools
- Support autonomous vehicle operations during operational exceptions and unique scenarios
- Apply established safety procedures and operational protocols in real-time situations
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with operations and support teams
- Accurately document events, system activity, and operational outcomes
- Experience working in fast-paced, screen-based environments such as dispatching, technical monitoring, control centers, gaming, simulation, or multi-system platforms
- Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain focus in a dynamic operational environment
- Flexible availability to support varying schedules, including weekends and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-priority, fast-moving situations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Arizona driver's license and 3 years of continuous driving history
