What You'll Be Doing

📦 Operate strapping and banding equipment to secure finished corrugated cardboard products

📦 Stack, sort, and organize finished bundles and pallets for shipping and warehouse storage

📦 Inspect products for quality and notify supervisors of defects or damaged materials

📦 Safely clear minor equipment jams and keep production flowing

📦 Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

✅ High School Diploma or GED

✅ Ability to stand for extended periods

✅ Ability to lift and move heavy bundles throughout the shift

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

✅ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

✅ Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
