Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or until work is completed
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves manually unloading tires, filters, and other materials, maintaining inventory accuracy using RF scanners, receiving inbound shipments, and assisting delivery drivers with order distribution. Additional warehouse duties may include reboxing, relabeling, housekeeping, and other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and receive incoming merchandise
- Use RF scanners to track and inventory materials
- Distribute products to delivery drivers throughout the shift
- Read and process shipping orders, work orders, and customer orders
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible warehouse environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs regularly
- Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred
- Experience using handheld RF scanners preferred
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Warehouse or dock experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Work Environment: This position requires heavy lifting, continuous movement, and working in a warehouse setting with varying daily workloads. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
