Our client, a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team in a variety of shipping and distribution functions. These positions support daily warehouse operations by ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, verified, labeled, sorted, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Location: The Colony, TX 75056
Pay Rate: $17/hr (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (with some overtime on Saturdays depending on business needs)
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

#1: QC & Manifest Associate (3)
Role Summary: Support shipping operations by verifying order accuracy, scanning products, and creating shipping labels for outgoing orders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Verify picked orders for accuracy by checking products, quantities, and packaging requirements.
- Scanning & Verification: Scan products individually to ensure inventory and order information matches system records.
- Manifesting: Create and print shipping labels and shipment documentation for outgoing orders.
- Order Processing: Ensure completed orders are properly prepared and routed for shipment.
- Materials Preparation: Assist with preparing cartons, boxes, and shipping supplies needed for future production and shipping activities.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, damaged products, or labeling issues to supervisors.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
#2: Stacker / Shipping Sorter (1)
Role Summary: Sort and organize outgoing shipments by carrier to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrier Sorting: Sort completed shipments according to carrier requirements (UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other designated carriers).
- Label Verification: Review shipping labels to ensure packages are routed to the correct carrier staging area.
- Shipment Organization: Stack, organize, and prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Material Handling: Move and arrange packages throughout the shipping area while maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Accuracy Control: Verify packages are placed in the correct shipping lanes and report any discrepancies.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area at all times.
- Team Support: Communicate effectively with QC, Manifest, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth workflow.
#3: Picker (2)
Role Summary: Support warehouse operations by picking, scanning, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Orders: Pull inventory to fulfill shipping orders or work orders across multiple work areas.
- Material Movement: Move goods safely within Receiving, Put away, Packaging, Shipping, VAS, or Inventory.
- Kitting & Assembly: Unpack materials and build new products based on daily supervisor assignments.
- Quality & Audits: Follow quality SOPs, review license tags, report discrepancies, and maintain high standards for audits.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep a clean, safe working environment and maximize warehouse space utilization.
- Teamwork: Communicate and cooperate effectively with floor supervisors and coworkers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and high motivation.
- Physical & Schedule: Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
