Warehouse Clerk / Forklift Operator

Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay: $20.45/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

About the Role

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk / Forklift Operator to join their team. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for inventory movement, material handling, shipping and receiving support, and warehouse documentation.

This role is approximately 80% warehouse operations and 20% clerical work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet throughout the day, operating a forklift, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Move, stage, receive, and store materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counting activities
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Complete warehouse documentation and basic data entry tasks
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
• Keep work areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation purposes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Work in a warehouse environment for the full shift
