Warehouse - Packaging Project

Our client, Warehouse & Logistics is seeking a Warehouse to join their team. As a Warehouse, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Order Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: 18

Shift:  7am to 4pm  30 minute lunch

What's the Job?

• Pick and fill customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Locate products within the warehouse and verify item numbers and quantities before packing.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to help ensure quality reaches the customer.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or shortages and assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED 
• Previous warehouse, order selecting, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills to verify quantities and follow instructions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
