Our client is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily warehouse and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep inventory accurate and shipments moving on time.

Pay Range: $19
Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:30AM-2:30PM
What's the Job?
- Coordinate and process incoming deliveries to the plant, ensuring materials are accurately documented and delivered to the proper department or warehouse location.
- Process outgoing shipments by accurately documenting packages, loading trucks, and supporting on-time departures.
- Perform inventory control through daily cycle counting of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods on scheduled daily and monthly timelines.
- Minimize waste and inventory loss by capturing material movement in the inventory accounting system and initiating inventory adjustments when needed.
- Support quality and inventory accuracy by receiving Material Destruction Orders (MDOs), verifying quantities, scrapping non-conforming or expired inventory, and helping resolve discrepancies and NCMRs.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma required; 2 years related experience required.
- Knowledge of shipping, loading and off-loading of trailers, commercial invoices, and international shipments.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklift, walkie rider, order selector, or pallet jack; maintain forklift training and operator certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn and work with systems such as Oracle and other computer software applications.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to follow GMP procedures, applicable laws, and company procedures while maintaining a clean work environment.
