Our client, agricultural manufacturing and distribution operations is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join their team. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting warehouse and material flow activities. The ideal candidate will have clear and respectful communication, a strong safety-first mindset, and the ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Technician

Location: Kewaskum, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Drive a forklift to support picking, pooling, staging, and loading/unloading carriers and trailers.
  • Support other production plant areas as needed, performing tasks beyond forklift operation when requested.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (Work Instructions) to maintain safety, quality, and operational accuracy.
  • Receive, count, and record stock items manually or in systems as required, ensuring transactional excellence.
  • Inspect items for quality concerns or defects and report damage or issues to the Team Lead or Shift Supervisor.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with others.
  • Self-starting approach with strong focus on Safety and Quality.
  • Mechanical ability/aptitude/awareness (helpful) and awareness of working around machinery (helpful).
  • Experience or knowledge of shift work expectations.
  • Forklift driving experience (highly preferred) and ability to work as part of a team to accomplish set goals.
