Location: Buffalo, MN
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures
- Perform specimen collection and processing duties for both clinical and forensic testing
- Accurately label, prepare, and handle specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain required documentation and records with a high level of accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service while creating a comfortable and professional patient experience
- Follow safety, confidentiality, and quality standards at all times
- Work independently while meeting daily productivity and operational expectations
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
- Ability to meet compliance requirements (Allina credentialing required; vaccinations required: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test. COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
