Our client, healthcare provider in the hospital sector, is seeking a Patient Ambassador to join their team. As a Patient Ambassador, you will be part of the patient care support team supporting hospital services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, compassionate nature, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Patient Ambassador
Location: Lake City, FL
Pay Range: $18.07
Shift: 8 hours per shift, Open availability between 6am-7pm anyday including weekends. PT and FT options
What's the Job?
- Providing nutritional care to patients by assisting with menu selection
- Delivering meals to patients and setting up their food trays with direct contact
- Receiving and processing phone orders as needed
- Identifying patients who have not ordered meals using the tray tracking system
- Making meal rounds and collecting patient feedback through surveys
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a hospital environment
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
