Location: Saint Paul, MN
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: 8:15am–4:45pm, M-F

This role is essential to ensuring patients feel confident, informed, and cared for during their visit. By delivering accurate specimen collection and outstanding customer service, you directly support timely and reliable diagnostic results that influence important healthcare decisions.

What You'll Do
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy in the presence of the patient
• Maintain accurate documentation and required records
• Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Demonstrate strong customer focus while upholding confidentiality and quality standards
• Support coverage at multiple Patient Service Center or in‑office locations as needed

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Strong customer service background in a retail or service setting preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (as applicable)
• Keyboarding and data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
