Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule: M-F, 9:30am–6:00pm

Why This Role Matters
This position plays a key role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic testing. Your expertise in phlebotomy—especially with pediatric patients—helps ensure a positive patient experience while supporting high-quality healthcare outcomes.

What You'll Do
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, with a strong focus on pediatric collections
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper documentation, including post-venipuncture confirmation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures and building trust and confidence
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties as required
• Travel between locations and support multiple patient service centers as needed

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong pediatric phlebotomy skills required
• At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (Seasonal Flu, Tdap, Varicella, MMR, TB Test required; COVID and HepB recommended)
