Location: Fishers, Indiana
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (with potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: 7:00am – 4:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
  • Prepare specimens for testing following established procedures and protocols
  • Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
  • Maintain required documentation and records with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients, fostering trust and confidence
  • Uphold a safe, clean, and professional work environment
  • Travel to and provide coverage across multiple patient service locations as needed
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with supervisors and team members

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites and adjust to changing schedules
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
