Location: Pontiac, MI
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipunctures and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
  • Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
  • Verify patient identification and obtain required signatures to ensure proper specimen handling
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with established procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
  • Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
  • Adapt to various work settings including patient service centers and physician offices as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide error-free work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing schedules as needed
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
