Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

You play a critical role in the patient experience and diagnostic process by ensuring accurate specimen collection and fostering trust with every patient interaction. Your work directly impacts timely and reliable healthcare outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for testing following established procedures
- Verify patient identification and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen accuracy
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with standards
- Travel to multiple locations as needed, including patient service centers and physician offices
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and professional environment
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting with minimal supervision
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred; phlebotomy certification preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and flexibility to travel between locations
- Flexibility to support weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call needs as required
- Ability to meet compliance requirements (MMR, Hep B, TDAP, Varicella, COVID, Flu, and TB Test/QuantiFERON)
