Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient information and ensure proper documentation and compliance with procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patients
- Support multiple collection sites as needed and adapt to changing workflows
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
