Location: Wichita, KS
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway to hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens using proper phlebotomy techniques, including pediatric and geriatric draws
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling, including patient confirmation post-collection
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with policies
• Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe, professional, and comfortable patient environment
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
• Adapt to various work settings, including patient service centers and physician offices

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel between locations as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Keyboarding and data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
