Location: Wichita, KS
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway to hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using proper phlebotomy techniques, including pediatric and geriatric draws
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling, including patient confirmation post-collection
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with policies
- Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe, professional, and comfortable patient environment
- Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
- Adapt to various work settings, including patient service centers and physician offices
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel between locations as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Keyboarding and data entry proficiency
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
