Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: 7:00am–4:00pm

You play a key role in the patient experience and diagnostic process by ensuring accurate specimen collection while creating a safe and supportive environment for every patient.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Collect, label, and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
- Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are labeled accurately in the patient’s presence
- Maintain required documentation and records with strong attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort
- Work independently to complete daily tasks accurately and on time
- Travel between locations as needed to support patient service centers or in-office phlebotomy
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong technical skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel between sites as needed
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
