Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with skill and accuracy
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient demographic information and obtain required patient acknowledgements to ensure specimen integrity
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
• Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients
• Travel to multiple Patient Service Center and/or physician office locations as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting while working independently

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment highly preferred
• Keyboarding and data entry experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable
• Flexibility to support staffing needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
