Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures
  • Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling at the time of collection
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain required documentation, records, and compliance protocols
  • Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience
  • Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing activities
  • Travel to multiple locations as needed to support staffing and operational requirements
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Excellent phlebotomy and specimen collection skills
  • Strong customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service environment preferred
  • Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data entry, computer, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
