Location: London, KY

Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimen collections following established procedures
• Verify patient identity, label specimens accurately, and maintain required documentation
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Provide exceptional patient service while explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable throughout the collection process
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
• Support specimen collection and processing needs in a physician office setting
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy standards

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
