Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm; rotating Saturday shift 8:00am-12:00pm

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collection techniques
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient demographics and specimen labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while safeguarding patient confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a professional, welcoming patient experience
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
- Travel to and support multiple patient service centers or physician office locations as needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment
- Keyboarding and data entry experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if applicable
- Flexibility to travel between locations and work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
- Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
