Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (Daytime)
Schedule: Core hours M-F, 6am-6:30pm (up to 8 hours per day)

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients with skill and accuracy
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen labeling with patient confirmation
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Travel to multiple locations within a 30-mile radius to support staffing needs
- Create a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment at all times
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Previous experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules and locations
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
