Location: Northville, MI
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (with potential pathway to hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
  • Verify patient information, ensure proper labeling, and obtain patient confirmation post-collection
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and quality standards
  • Travel between locations as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
  • Provide exceptional customer service while fostering trust and confidence with patients
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Prior experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between sites
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with multiple priorities
  • Keyboard/data entry experience preferred
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
