Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Varied 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient demographics and obtain required documentation and signatures
- Perform specimen collection and processing following established protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and required documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality
- Travel between multiple patient service centers and/or physician office locations as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Work independently while meeting productivity, quality, and service expectations
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong blood draw skills and specimen handling experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing staffing needs
- Keyboard and data entry proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
