Phlebotomist III Floater

Location: Warsaw, MO

Pay Rate: $23.10 - $24.75 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday & Friday in Warsaw, Tuesday in Osceola, Wednesday & Thursday in Windsor, 8:00am-4:30pm

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods
• Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens according to established procedures
• Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate specimen identification
• Obtain patient signatures and confirm proper specimen labeling following specimen collection
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
• Travel between multiple Patient Service Center and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Strong venipuncture, specimen handling, and processing skills
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
• Keyboard and data entry proficiency
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to travel between multiple locations with minimal notice
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
