Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Pay Rate: $24.95 - $26.75 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimen collections following established procedures
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Verify patient identity, accurately label specimens, and complete required documentation
• Travel to and support multiple Patient Service Center and in-office locations as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service while explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable throughout the collection process
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
• Perform daily responsibilities independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
