Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 6:00 AM-6:00 PM

As a Phlebotomist III - Floater, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care while supporting accurate and timely laboratory testing. Your expertise in specimen collection and ability to work across multiple locations will help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques
- Perform pediatric, geriatric, and adult specimen collections with accuracy and professionalism
- Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient identity, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy
- Maintain required documentation and records while adhering to confidentiality standards
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
- Travel between patient service centers and physician office locations as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive and professional patient experience
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical assistant, paramedic, or related medical training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Strong customer service and keyboard/data entry skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations and work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules as needed
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
- Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
