Pay Rate: $26.35 - $28.25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm

As a Phlebotomist III - Floater, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care by collecting and processing specimens accurately and efficiently. This position supports multiple locations as needed, helping ensure patients receive reliable diagnostic services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collection techniques
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures
- Verify patient information and obtain required patient acknowledgments to ensure specimen accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while safeguarding patient confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
- Support multiple patient service centers and physician office locations as business needs require
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen collections while adhering to established protocols
- Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable
- Flexibility to travel between locations and work overtime, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts as needed
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
- Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
