Our client, a leading organization in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking an Automotive Product Change Coordinator to join their team. As an Automotive Product Change Coordinator, you will be part of the Manufacturing and Engineering Operations team, supporting Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Program Management stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and excellent organizational skills that will contribute to success in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and manage engineering and product changes throughout the manufacturing process.
• Participate in product change review meetings, including engineering change discussions, bulletins, and program reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operational impacts, implementation requirements, and funding needs.
• Track change approvals, implementation status, budgets, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries to support leadership decision-making.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience working in manufacturing, automotive, product development, engineering change management, or program coordination environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
