Bulk Formulation Operator

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Bulk Formulation Operator to join their team. As a Bulk Formulation Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient and accurate preparation of materials for downstream manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bulk Formulation Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $22.05

Shift: 3rd Shift - Mon-Fri 8pm-4:30am

What's the Job?

• Prepare and measure raw materials to support manufacturing processes
• Operate specialty preparation equipment as needed
• Weigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure proper ingredient proportions
• Assist with process testing to verify batch specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities and monitor equipment controls

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot process equipment
• Experience handling hazardous waste and chemicals safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate tasks as needed
