Our client, a global leader in energy infrastructure and advanced industrial engineering, is seeking a Civil Engineer I - Structural Analysis & Foundations Engineer to join their team. As a Civil Engineer I, you will be part of a collaborative engineering organization supporting large-scale power generation and industrial equipment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

$45.43/hour ($94,000+ annually) | 12-Month Contract with Potential Extension

What's the Job?

• Perform engineering calculations involving forces, moments, loads, Mass, and Center of Gravity (CoG) for large industrial equipment.
• Support foundation, structural, and piping interface engineering associated with turbine-generator systems.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, customer drawings, and technical reports.
• Apply structural foundation principles and building codes to engineering analyses and deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• 0-3+ years of engineering experience, including internships or co-op experience.
• Knowledge of statics, forces and moments, Free Body Diagrams (FBDs), and engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with structural foundations, building codes, and engineering calculations.
• Strong technical communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
